The Sparkasse Cup 2024 is just around the corner and we can't wait to welcome you all from Friday!
A special thank you goes to our long-standing partner, Sparkasse Gütersloh-Rietberg-Versmold, without whose generous support this tournament would not be possible in this form. A big thank you for that!
We are pleased about the record participation this year, despite the despite the 51st International Sparkassen Chess Trophy Dortmund taking place at the same time .This shows us the importance the Sparkassen Cup now enjoys and encourages us to make this tournament an unforgettable experience for everyone.
This year we have decided to cheat the usual East Westphalian customs and start on time . We hope for your active support and ask all participants to be there on time.
A-/B-/C-Open are fully booked. The list of replacements is already quite long.
39 entry fees have been received for the children's tournament, so 1 place is open, with 2 registrations “in the pipeline”.
